Bocadillo de Jamon y Queso...A Serrano ham and Manchego grilled cheese sandwich with roasted garlic and quince aiolis.

Alcachofas Fritas...Artichoke hearts tossed in a lightly seasoned flour then deep fried in olive oil. Served with lemon aioli and dressed field greens.

Pinchito de Cerdo...Grilled marinated pork bite skewers with red peppers and onions. Served with coriander aioli and plantain chips.
